2. About the Artist
Tania Bond is a contemporary artist based in Ireland and the creator of the Emotional Cartography Method.
Her artistic practice includes original paintings, works on paper, sculpture, ceramics, artist books, installations, and limited edition works developed through the Human Garden project and related research-based series.

All artworks displayed on the website are subject to availability.

7. Sculpture and Ceramic Works
Sculptural and ceramic works include a permanent artist mark confirming authenticity.
Like original paintings, these works are accompanied by Collector Documentation, including archival information and documentation relevant to the artwork, series, and artistic methodology.
8. Artwork Presentation
Colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings and display devices.
All dimensions are provided as accurately as possible.
Original paintings are generally presented unframed unless otherwise stated.
Painted edges allow many works to be displayed either framed or unframed according to collector preference.
9. Inquiries and Purchase Process
Artwork purchases begin with an inquiry submitted through the website or by direct email.

10. Payment
Payment instructions are provided individually following confirmation of artwork availability.
An artwork is considered reserved only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For artworks currently included in exhibitions, shipping schedules may be arranged following the completion of the exhibition period.
11. Shipping
Original artworks are professionally packaged and shipped worldwide through trusted art handling, courier, and logistics services.

12. Insurance and Damaged Shipments
Original artworks are fully insured during transit.
In the rare event of shipping damage, collectors are asked to contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photographs of the packaging
Description of the damage
This documentation may be required for insurance claims.
13. Customs Duties and Taxes
International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in artwork prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
14. Intellectual Property & Copyright
The purchase of an artwork grants ownership of the physical object only.
All copyrights, reproduction rights, intellectual property rights, and related rights remain the exclusive property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Artwork images may not be reproduced, distributed, published, licensed, commercially used, or incorporated into derivative works without prior written permission from the artist.
This protection extends to artworks, symbols, visual systems, methodologies, publications, educational materials, artist books, conceptual frameworks, and research-based projects developed by the artist.
This includes, but is not limited to, the Emotional Cartography Method, Naive Symbolism, Atlas of Inner Symbols, Inner Symbols, and related artistic and research projects.
15. Limited Editions
Limited edition works are released in strictly controlled quantities.
Each edition includes:
Edition number
Certificate of Authenticity
Artist signature
Relevant documentation
Once an edition is sold out, no additional copies will be produced.
16. Website Content
All texts, images, artwork documentation, visual materials, and website content remain the property of the artist unless otherwise indicated.
Unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
